Online Conference
If, in the context of our coaching services, you are calling us with questions regarding the use of the Microsoft® Office software, you can opt to participate in an online conference for a more effective form of communication. In doing so, you are giving us permission to view your screen using an internet connection. As a result of the additional visual contact misunderstandings are minimized and we are enabled to provide you with specific instructions how to solve your problem.
We are using TeamViewer 4.x for online conferencing. Please click on the following button to start the QuickSupport-Module. You do not need to install any software or have administrator rights to use TeamViewer.
